The Civilian Sector contains several areas of its own in order to provide a voice and basis for the Rebel Alliance and its many members.

In order to show that the Alliance is not a band of terrorists, they have established a government of their own, one of representation. First, and foremost in charge, is the Chief of State or President of the Rebel Alliance. The person in this position is primarily a chosen official and has authority over even the Supreme Commander.

Below this official are the heads of the Civilian Sector’s parts which include the following:

› Diplomatic Corp — The Diplomatic Corp gets the job of talking with the many neutrals in the galaxy the principals of why the Alliance fights and how we can serve one another. The Corp can also be sent to Imperial worlds to lend a helping hand if ever called for (and persuade them to leave the Empire).

› Medical Division — The Medical Division is a rather obvious part of the Civilian Sector. It is their job to keep all members of the Alliance in healthy condition and to research ways to combat the viruses and bacteria the Empire uses on its and neutral worlds.
