Awards, medals, and rewards are given out on the 1st of the month for the previous month. A post will be made on the Alliance forums about what awards were given and to whom.
The Alliance has both In-Character and Out-Of-Character medals. Listed below is a description of each:
| OOC Awards |

| Bronze Star | For the posting of 5 posts. |
| Silver Star | For the posting of 25 posts. |
| Gold Star | For the posting of 125 posts. |
| Extra Merit Ribbon | Given for actions above and beyond the call of duty in the OOC world (ie. updating website, recruiting new members, etc.) |
| IC Awards |

| Combat Star | Awarded to military personnel for engaging the enemy in battle during a military operation. |
| Red Badge of Courage | Awarded to military personnel for injuries sustained during an engagement with the enemy. |
| Service Cross | Given to military personnel who have remained in their branch beyond their first tour (players who have remained in their service for 2 continuous months) |
| Distinguished Service Medal | Awarded for exceptional performance during an engagement with the enemy. |
| Medal of Honor | Awarded for actions that go above and beyond the call of duty. Presented personally by the Alliance Chief of Staff. |
